Website redesign, UX strategy, and video production for a specialized financial services firm.
Mezrah Consulting is a financial services firm specializing in 409A valuations and executive benefits. Their services are highly technical and trust-driven, but their digital presence didn’t fully reflect their expertise or make it easy for prospects to understand when those services were needed.
The goal was to create a clearer, more credible digital experience that helped clients understand complex valuation topics while maintaining a professional, finance-appropriate tone.
This project required balancing marketing clarity with financial accuracy, ensuring messaging remained compliant and trustworthy.
The issue wasn’t lack of content. It was how that content was structured and presented.
Technical services were difficult for new visitors to understand
Messaging did not clearly guide prospects toward next steps
The website experience didn’t match the firm’s credibility
Limited use of video to support education or recruiting
The challenge was to simplify without oversimplifying — making complex financial services approachable while preserving accuracy and trust.
I led this project end-to-end across strategy, UX, website production, and media.

The website was redesigned to improve usability, credibility, and conversion flow.
Key focus areas:
Structured navigation and clearer service hierarchy
Messaging designed for non-technical decision makers
Page layouts that guided users through complex topics
Content organization that prioritized clarity and usability
The result was a more modern and professional digital presence aligned with Mezrah’s expertise.

Video played a major role in supporting both client education and recruiting.
I handled:
Concept development
On-location filming
Gear and shoot coordination
Motion graphics and animation
Editing and final delivery
Each video was built to serve a specific business purpose rather than just brand awareness.

The project extended beyond a single website into a connected 409A service ecosystem designed to support clients from education through compliance and ordering.
A client-facing platform supporting 409A plan management and valuation workflows. I aligned content and visuals to help users understand how the platform fits into their compliance and reporting process.
An automated ordering platform for 409A services designed to streamline the client journey. I supported messaging and visuals that guided users from education to action, helping create a more cohesive client experience.
A walkthrough video showing how the platform supports 409A plans and valuation workflows.
Focused on simplifying a complex process and helping clients understand functionality.
A creative hiring video using a text-message style format.
Built for quick engagement and social-friendly viewing.
I handled concepting, filming, editing, and animation for each video to support client education and recruiting.
The strategy centered on clarity without sacrificing credibility.
409A services are inherently complex, so the focus was:
Clear service explanations for non-technical audiences
Structured page layouts that guided users through complex topics
Professional, trust-focused presentation
Simplified messaging for technical financial concepts
Visual storytelling to support understanding
This project helped reposition Mezrah as a more modern and credible provider in a specialized financial niche.
Improvements included:
Clearer communication of complex 409A services
A more professional and trustworthy digital presence
Stronger alignment between Mezrah’s expertise and online brand
Educational and recruiting content that supported business growth
